PricingThe best way to get an accurate price is to contact us for a free quote. If you want a ballpark idea this is a good rule of thumb. Most Average homes we charge between $0.22 and $0.25 per living sq. ft. But prices vary depending on size of home and customization, many homes are even cheaper than this. This price includes an approval set of drawings where we send you a copy of the floorplan and front elevation. You can mark up any changes you have and send them back to us, or if everything is just how you like it we can finish up the set of prints, you let us know how many copies you need for the builder and we will have them in the mail. ShippingWe offer FREE shipping via ups ground service. If for some reason you need the drawings quicker we do offer next day air service for a nominal fee. Contact InformationWhen you are ready to order just drop us an e-mail, write us a letter, or give us a call. All you need is the plan number found on the upper left hand side of the page of the plan you want. Any similarities of home plans on this site to other copyrighted home plans are completely coincidental. Please advise the webmaster at once of any discrepancies and the plan will be removed from this site and investigated immediately. Eric Searcy and Tim Ferris are not registered engineer's or architect's and cannot be held responsible or liable for any material sizes, material types, or failures. If your county zoning and planning requires a civil engineer or an architect to seal the drawings you will be responsible for finding a registered engineer in your area to seal the drawings, and any additional cost incurred. Most counties do not require this and a review by the zoning and planning commission is sufficient. You will need to check with your local zoning and planning department to be sure of the requirements in your area. Notice: some time in the future we will be offering engineering services as well as design services, contact us with your location and we will let you know if we have a registered engineer in your area.
